Practical kitchenette but needs cleanliness improvement

I appreciated the practical kitchenette in my room, which made it convenient for preparing meals. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and I encountered some unpleasant odors in my room. Additionally, the staff could have been more efficient at handling check-ins.

I had an efficient check-in, and the staff helped me with the wifi issue. The room had a large space and included a kitchenette. I appreciated having a fridge and a freezer, which was useful for my long stay. However, there were some areas that needed attention, particularly with the shower tiles. As someone who enjoys road trips with my partner, I value a comfortable space to unwind.

The shower tiles had mold, and the TV needed updating. No places were within walking distance to eat, which was inconvenient.

my stay at studio was quite pleasant. the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. having a kitchenette was a big plus, as it made meal prep easy. i also appreciated how close the hotel was to downtown and the fun activities in the area. i enjoyed the nice view of the pond across the street. definitely a relaxing spot.

Had a mixed experience overall. Check-in was chaotic, and cleanliness needed attention. Despite these issues, the room size was decent for our group. I recommend bringing your own ice or checking with nearby stores for amenities. Staff was polite but seemed overwhelmed.

Not Worth It

We were super disappointed! The room was dirty, and the first thing we had to do was clean it ourselves for the kids. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and only 10 channels? ! The only small perk was the fridge, but the rest was rough. The place feels kinda sketchy, with shady folks hanging around. Definitely needs improvement.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, laundry, and air conditioning. The staff once helped me return my sim cards, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay. Coming back for Easter!

Upon arrival, the check-in experience was chaotic. I faced an unexpected $50 deposit fee and waited while multiple rooms were cleaned. The rooms themselves were disappointing, with lingering smells of mold and wet dog, not to mention that one room contained roaches and another refrigerator with leftover food. Cleaning standards seemed neglected—bed sheets had cigarette burns and the microwave was filthy. The lack of ice and water machines added to the inconvenience, along with limited room service—no toiletries were provided beyond the essentials like towels and soap.

The inviting decor throughout Studio 6-West Palm Beach created a warm atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the accessible design made moving around the hotel comfortable and easy for seniors like myself. It truly felt welcoming.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.
